SBC-GX1
VxWorks 5.5 BSP Development Kit
|
This
Pentium based BSP supports all the on board features including CompactFlash,
16550 serial ports, National MacPhyter Ethernet controller, GPIO and
the watchdog timer. The Wind ML drivers support the Geode on-chip
graphics controller, touchscreen input and SoundBlaster interface. As
standard the BSP also supports the onboard 16Mbyte Flash drive
and is compatible with ROM-DOS and VxWorks dosFs.
NOTE
:
The Development Kit does not include
any Wind River software (please contact Wind
River Systems directly to obtain information about Development tools
and licensing). The Development Kit is also available with VxWorks 5.4 /
Wind ML 2.0 support.

The
Development Kit is available with a flat panel display and touchscreen
option. This consists of a 6.5" NEC TFT flat panel display, a
6.5” Dynapro analog touchscreen and the Arcom TSC1 touchscreen
controller as well as all the cables required to connect it to the
SBC-GX1. Connection of this panel to the SBC is automatically detected
at boot time and the display output is then automatically diverted to
the flat panel.

| The
Arcom VxWorks BSP may only be used in conjunction with a licensed
copy of VxWorks and Wind ML. You may use the BSP with your
existing Tornado Development Tools or you can obtain an
evaluation copy directly from Wind River. The BSP
is used in conjunction with Datalight's FlashFX flash driver. This FlashFX
license is included with all boards fitted with Flash memory. |
