Arcom - first choice for ISA and PCI I/O boards for industrial control

Arcom's range of ISA and PCI I/O expansion boards are specifically designed for industrial control applications. These may be used in Arcom's 19” rack mounted industrial PC (APC). Based on PCI 2.1 specification, the PCI boards fully support plug and play configuration, and provide fast throughput for I/O intensive peripheral devices.

The PC(ISA)bus boards are also supplied with free Windows NT4.0 Drivers and 'C' source level function libraries. The standard cards provide additional functionality to the industrial PC including digital I/O, opto-isolated I/O, change-over relays, frequency counters and analog input (ADC) and output control (DAC). They provide the industrial control engineer with a means to construct a powerful solution.

APCI-RELAY8/IN8	Features eight opto-isolated inputs with 1500V input-to-output isolation, together with 8 changeover relay outputs rated to a maximum of 60 Watts

Analog I/O
APCI-ADADIO	Provides 8 differential (APCI-ADADIOCD) or 16 single-ended (APCI-ADADIOCS) multiplexed analog inputs, two analog outputs, 16 digital I/O lines and three counter/timer channels

Communications / Other
APCI-SER4	Provides 4 channels of RS232/485 serial communications. The module is designed using the popular 85230 enhanced serial communications controller. Each channel is capable of providing either RS232, RS485 or RS422 serial communications
